Erm, read this bit.

With 1.3.5, players will notice that each of their Open RvR Crests have been renamed to "Ancient" Crests. These items are not the required currency to purchase set items, but will instead convert into 5 of their respective crests (e.g. Ancient Conqueror's Crest converts to 5 Conqueror's Crest). With this change, the price of armor on the Medallion merchants has been adjusted accordingly.
Crests now convert downwards on a 1:1 scale (e.g. 1 Invader's Crest converts to 1 Conqueror's Crest, which converts to 1 Officer's Medallion). Additionally, all Fused Crests will now convert into 10 Crests. You will also notice that anywhere you were previously awarded a Crest, you are now awarded a stack of 5 Crests.

So from what I get from that, break down anything you can into officers, then they turn into an ancient. That ancient then becomes 5 new ones? meaning youll get a shit load

Seems like a pretty pointless change tbh, but the 1:1 nerf is a pain in the arse

doesnt mention anything at all about scaling up. which makes me beleive that they cant.

Also, at the moment, you can't scale up past officer anyway

the zealot changes are nice

the sorc changes... well you know my views on those :P

Yeah the medallion thing seems completely stupid to be honest - You will have 5 times as many medallions, but everything will cost 5 times more, whats the point?

Actually the crest thing might be to devalue the rewards from city sieges. Looking at the current values the crest rewards for losing are pretty nice, however with all the gear costs increased they are a lot less valuable.

During each stage of the City Siege, both the defender and invader will have a chance to obtain rewards. This means that successfully defending your city can result in winning Sovereign equipment!

citys seem quite good now you will always get to stage 2 and 3 witch means you will always get warlord and royal crests even if you lose just not as many

Meh, crests aren't THAT hard to come by from what I have seen over the past couple of weeks.
Remember the point of them was not to get you the full set, you were still intended to get most of the gear through the city PQ's, the crests were supposed to allow you to get that final piece if you were unlucky with drops.

there puting a lockout pq chests in IC and altdorf so if you win a sov item you get a 112hour lockout stoping you from wining more or something like that and theres normally a new altdof / IC every day you will be stoped from getting

Yeah not getting to stage 2 was a broken end game system though, hopefully this will address that. In the past month I have won about 5 Royal Crests and 7 Warlord, which isn't bad.

Had my first new city siege today, won 2 blue bags and a purple (one place away from a piece of sovereign). Me and Karr both got 29k renown from it, Wuch got 34k and I cant remember what litless got.

I really really really enjoyed it, it must be said (although that may be because we pwned everything :p ). I'd recommend everyone to come have a proper look at it

i really enjoyed it as well i will be going to every city run from now on :D all you poeple who aint playing pay up and lets make a guild warband and OWN SOME ORDER !! :D
