Only 'good' shaman healing change is:
Greener 'n Cleaner: The ability's cost has been increased, and it now grants an absorb shield if an effect is dispelled. This ability is now associated with the Path of Mork.
Shrug it off: This Mastery ability's healing has been increased, and it now triggers at twenty percent health. This Mastery ability is now purchasable at nine points into the Path of Mork.
From a healing perspective i'd say its neither a buff or a nerf, they've buffed two spells and slightly nerfed others by putting them into the Da Green tree which is the secondary tree so it wont effect them massively but they wont be as good as they currently are / would be in the Mork tree.

After having a proper read through I have to say the changes really dont make much sense, moving a healing spell to the buff/debuff tree and moving Morks Buffer ( the resist buff ) to the healing tree etc. There are some nice changes, the two I mentioned in the above post, as well as moving the aoe ground target snare to the healing tree and making it instant cast.
But at the same time they've done things like moving 'Ere We Go to rank 12 in the DPS tree etc which takes away from the shamans already small amount of group-based utility. To sum it up, the new healing spec will be primarily Mork and secondarily Da Green.. exactly the same as it is now, just with some useful group components removed.
That along with constantly increasing and then decreasing spell damage/healing and radius just seems like Mythic want to appear to be changing the class without actually doing anything.
